This transformer allows you to use US appliances in the UK. It will convert UK voltage 220-240V to US voltage 110-120V.

The transformer has a power rating of 45 watts. If you try to run a device which takes more power the transformer will burn out (doing this invalidates the warranty). To determine the correct transformer wattage please contact your device manufacturer. Alternatively if the current and voltage is specified on the appliance, you can calculate it using the formula below:

Power Rating = Voltage (in volts) x Current (in amps)
