Kenwood RFU Audio Transmitter
If you crave exciting home theater sound, but want to avoid running wire all the way across your room, Kenwood has a solution! The convenient, clever RFU-6100 connects to your A/V receiver's rear left and right speaker-level outputs and wirelessly sends audio to the included receiver/amp (which you connect to your rear speakers). You get involving surround sound without installation hassles!
Features
Transmitter: The system comes with an RF transmitter that connects to an audio source via attached speaker input wires. The transmitter sends a 914 MHz signal to the receiver, using one of four selectable transmission channels.
Receiver: The receiver "receives" the RF signal from the transmitter and also has the same four selectable transmission channels. The amplifier built into the receiver is a digital design which is very efficient and limits heat output. The speakers are connected using spring terminals on the back of the receiver.
Auto Standby: Both the transmitter and receiver have an auto standby mode, both turn off when not receiving any signal.
LED: Both the transmitter and receiver have an LED which lights green when in use and red when in standby mode.
Antenna: Both the transmitter and receiver have an antenna mast which flips up and adds about 3.25 inches to the overall height.
Channel Button: Both the transmitter and receiver have slide switches allowing you to select transmission channel 1, 2, 3, or 4
