Can you tell me please whether it is possible to get speakers which are mains powered or dual powered with batteries without the need for wires connecting it to the music source eg. TV
Most of the above require batteries to power them, some have a built-in battery which you recharge. They also use transmitters to connect to the music source so none have wires to the source.
