Hi, no you shouldn’t need to buy anything else. When the Sony products have the ‘W’ at the end it means they are wireless. Regards, Chris.

Hi guys. Just wanted to notify you I have found out about a system by Panasonic, called the SC-ZT1. On it you still have to plug the speakers into the mains supply. However all 4 of the speakers are wireless from the base station (unlike the Sony on this page where only 2 speakers are wireless).
