This is a very cool bit of kit from Sony. It allows you to play your iPod wirelessly using bluetooth. It also works with the iPhone, and any other gadget which is bluetooth enabled (such as mobile phones and laptops).
The speaker has a 30W RMS power output. And is finished in a very cool black design, typical smart Sony styling. The range for this is approx 10m (line of sight).
It also has an analog input which allows you to connect normal devices if you wanted to. Unfortunately this gadget can only be powered by the supplied plug, and not via battery.

can this item work with battery as well as mains
Hi Scott, no unfortunately this can’t be powered by batteries, only the supplied AC power adaptor.
