i am looking to add additional wireless speakers to a Sony NASZ200DIR hifi without losing the volume to the main speakers. would the Veho Speaker System Kit be suitable?

    regards
    John

Hi John, sometimes these sorts of speakers won’t work at all with systems like yours, interferences with the signal can cause it to not work. And if it did work I can’t be definite but I think you will lose the volume from your main speakers. Normally in situations with all systems like this that is what happens. However given it is such a low-cost product you might want to go ahead and buy anyway to try it out, and if it doesn’t work and you don’t mind the hassle you can send them back to the retailer for a full refund (provided it is within 7 days).

    Hi.
I bought this system yesterday..got fantastic range here at work but barely 30ft at home!! just fades completely away when I take it outside..I have tried altering the channel up and down but makes no difference. Is there anything I can do or buy to improve the range please?
Also I cant seem to get i tunes to play thru the system
    Thanks
    Chris

Hi Chris. I’m not sure why it would be fading away, these sorts of systems can be temperamental sometimes. There may be something from another device interfering with it causing the problems, so perhaps try turning of other appliances nearby. As for iTunes, are you using the software directly and playing it through your laptop/PC, as I see no reason why this wouldn’t work. I know iPods can also be plugged in via a 3.5mm so I can only think compatability issues would cause a problem here. If you can’t get your iPod to work I would definitely speak to the company you purchased it from to see if they can help out, gadget sellers often can be good with the products they sell.

Hi Chris, can I use the Veho speaker and dongle for my samsung tv, thanks

  6. Chris (Admin)

Hi Hughie. I’m not sure if the actual dongle will work on your TV but the kit also has a cable connection via AUX input so you could try that. I also have a Samsung TV, and it has a AUX input so I expect yours does as well.

can i plug the dongle into an Airport Extreme to pick up music streamed from my apple network ?

Just bought my 8th speaker…came with its own dongle.Problem I have now is that it works fine on its own with the dongle provided..but the other 7 don’t work…or if I use the old dongle then the 7 work and the new 1 wont!!..If you run both dongles..then nothing at all!!..Any ideas please??
    Thanks

@Chris Hmmmm that sounds odd, because the product clearly states “You can simultaneously pair an infinite number of speakers with a single dongle”. I would contact the seller and tell them the situation, see if they are perhaps willing to exchange it or know of a solution.
